“Amadeusz fosters a sense of community within his team. He really teaches rowers how to work hard and work for the result. Rowing is a challenging sport, but rowing with Amadeusz is a proven way to make sure that no effort is gone to waste. I was able to medal at multiple races, win the stat championship as well as the under-17 national championship race, and always walked away from my races knowing I gave it my all.
